Stores:
- RR – Register Rewards for Walgreens
- ECB – Extra Cars Bucks for CVS
General:
- AC – After Coupons
- BC – Before Coupons
- B1G1F, B2G1F – “Buy one get one Free”, “Buy two get one Free”
- BLINKIE – A machine that spits out coupons.
- CAT – Catalina coupon (Manufacturer coupons that print out from a little machine at the register, based on what you purchase)
- DCRT – Dated cash register receipt
- FAR – Free After Rebate
- FLIP – Food Lion Instant Printable (not typically accepted here)
- GC – Gift Card
- HTH – Hope that Helps
- MQ or Manny – Manufacturers Coupon
- OOP – Out of Pocket Expense
- Peelies – sticker like coupons found on products.
- POP – Proof of purchase (like a product label or UPC)
- Q or CPN – Coupon
- SP – Stockpile
- TEAR PAD – A pad of refund forms or coupons hanging on a shelf at the store.
- TMF – Try Me Free offer
- UPC – Universal product code (those black straight lines with numbers under them)
- WAGS – Walgreens
- YMMV – Your Mileage May Vary (A deal may work for someone else, but may not for you.)
- $/$ – Example of $4/$20 or $4 off of $20)
Terminology:
